EEL 60-DAY Limited Warranty applies to:
COMMERCIAL REFRIGERATION EQUIPMENT ONLY WITH DELIVERY in the Phoenix metropolitan area.ALL OTHER COMMERCIAL KITCHEN EQUIPMENT (NON-REFRIGERATION EQUIPMENT) registered at the time of sale within the Phoenix metropolitan area.
What is NOT covered under EEL 60 Day Limited Warranty?
EEL 60 Day Limited Warranty is not applicable to sinks, appliances, small-wares, or furniture.
Warranty does not cover accessories on equipment that may be broken, cosmetic appearance on the equipment such as dents, cracks, scratches, light bulbs burn out, etc. It also does not cover any maintenance needed to the equipment. The warranty does not cover any content loss due to product failure. br>What VOIDS the EEL 60 Day Limited Warranty?
1. Warranty is VOIDED immediately if buyer assigns his or her own technician to fix the equipment, or modifies the equipment. If buyer does so, warranty is VOIDED and EEL is not responsible for charges.2. Warranty is VOIDED if the equipment was turned, tilted, or mishandled at the time of pick-up in order to fit vehicle of transportation.
3. Warranty is VOIDED at the time of delivery if the equipment does not fit through the entrance of the place of business at the time of delivery.
EEL encourages all customers to CHECK DIMENSIONS IN LOCATION OF BUSINESS BEFORE PURCHASE.
EEL sends in-house technicians, but there are different situations where EEL sends a third-party company to repair the equipment. Note: EEL technicians use after-market parts.
How soon will a repair be completed after filing a warranty claim?
EEL schedules a technician as soon as possible, but EEL does not guarantee technician will be able to attend the issue right away. Please note, when a third party technician is sent EEL has no control over third party’s scheduling.EEL DOES NOT TAKE EMERGENCY CALLS.
What is the EEL Technician Service Fee?
The technician service fee varies based on contracted or in-house technician rate. For EEL Technician, the charge is: $75 for the first hour and $40 per hour thereafter. Any repairs made in less than an hour will be charged a full hour.After repair is done, does that repair have warranty?
Yes, if the equipment is successfully repaired through EEL Warranty Claim process, EEL offers two (2) months extended warranty after the completion of the repair.If the technician sent cannot repair it, if the repair exceeds the unit’s value, or if an individual product requires a fourth (4th) repair for the same defect, EEL will exchange the equipment for a same or similar product of like kind and quality that performs to the factory specifications of the original product, not to exceed the original purchase price. If EEL does not have the same or similar equipment, EEL will ask the customer to return the item to EEL warehouse and a partial refund will be given to customer in a check or as store credit. Note: a restocking fee applies EEL DOES NOT GIVE CASH REFUNDS. Also, all returned merchandise must be in the same condition in which it was sold with all included accessories. If unit is not in the same condition, EEL reserves the right to refuse the return. Refunds and store credits for all other situations are at the Manager's discretion.
Is delivery or shipping covered under warranty?
No. For any equipment undergoing exchange under warranty, delivery and/or shipping is charged separately and is subject to delivery terms and conditions.
Yes. Any equipment returned or exchanged is subject to a restocking fee. The amount varies by type of equipment.
